[web] Can't upload big ~1Gb files

Bug Description
STR:
1. Create a big random file:
dd if=/dev/urandom of=1Gb.bin count=262144 bs=4096
2. Upload the file via Chromium/Chrome to Ubuntu One. Chrome displays progress of POST upload.
Expected results:
File is uploaded
Actual results:
HAproxy terminates the connection - 504 (seen in web console since POST request is in background), so it is not known whether the file was indeed uploaded. After 30 minutes of waiting and refreshing the page the file does not appear.
