'Payment details' page needs tweaking

Bug Description
The following tweaks need to be applied to the 'payment details' page:
- 'Payment details' header needs to be left-aligned with the content below
- 'Digicert' logo needs to be left-aligned with the text above
- 'You are signed in as...' text should be removed and the help text below top-aligned with the page header
- 'The last 3 digits...' hint text is wrapping so that 'your card' ends up sitting underneath the input field. It should wrap so that it left-aligns with 'The' in the first line
- 'Issue number' option has too much white space above it. Should use the same spacing as other inputs
- 'Card types' icon is too low - should bottom-align with the 'Issue number' input field
- Dark outline around the 'Card types' icon should be removed
- 'Continue' button should use orange as a default color
