Bug Description
The following tweaks need to be applied to the payment, step 1 (select payment method) page:
- 'Select payment' header needs to be left-aligned to the content below
- 'Digicert' logo should be top-aligned to the page header and left-aligned with the music store logo
- 'Add card' button should use orange as default colour
- 'Amount to be billed' is slightly higher than '£0.99' - should be re-aligned correctly
- dark outline around the card types, click&buy and paypal icons should be removed
