Can't create Asset managedobject without corresponding fileNode

Bug Description

The asset data model currently requires a fileNode (implying that it's been uploaded), but if we want to search assets by hash, the easiest way is to create an Asset ManagedObject for every asset, whether or not it's been uploaded.
