auto-upload camera roll setting not in sync between screens

with latest testflight build:

if I turn off auto-upload in settings, then go to uploads, I see a slider to turn it back on.
When I slide that, the slider disappears but no uploads are queued.
When I look in the settings page, the auto-upload "enabled" slider is still off.

I expected that sliding the slider in the uploads page would cause the settings page slider to change to 'on'.
