Qt control panel needs more padding/margin

Bug Description
Text in the Qt control panel nearly touches the left margin. Some extra padding would make it look more polished.
And... this should probably be a separate bug but in the Account information tab, "Personal details" and "Your services" aren't quite aligned the same amount on the left.
