Proxy settings dialogs

Bug Description

We need popup dialogs to ask users to put in proxy settings. See attachments in the comments.

If U1 cannot connect because proxy settings are missing, this dialog is shown. Remember is ticked by default.

The waiting animation is shown while U1 attempts to connect with the proxy settings the user has just put in.

If U1 can connect with the proxy settings, the program continues. If the proxy settings are incorrect, the same dialog is displayed with a warning message.

If proxy settings were successfully added & remembered by U1 in the past, this dialog is displayed if the settings for the same domain have changed.

The generic waiting animation is displayed while U1 tries to connect with the new settings. If the settings are not correct, the user returns to the previous dialog with a warning message.
