As I got an email the security upgrade for Ubuntu One, I tried to follow the directions on https://one.ubuntu.com/help/faq/i-received-an-email-saying-i-should-remove-and-re-add-my-account-what-does-it-mean/
I get this error message when trying to remove my device, and waiting "for 15 minutes" before trying again does not help.

ALL,
open terminal type "seahorse"

one window will get open click on "Login" and just change the password in your 'ubuntu one" account
again start ubuntu one you will see its done !!!
if not then restart whole system. it shoukd ask for your login so you can enter it again without removing your local device

Cheers!!!
