sort order in folders tab changes depending on language

Bug Description
The folders in the folders tab are grouped by volumes - separating "my folders" and shares.
In english, this means "My personal folders" comes before "Shared by ..."
However, in spanish, "Compartido por …" comes before "Mis carpetas personales".
These should be consistent, and I think the order shown in english makes the most sense - my folders at the top.
