Bug Description
Windows 8 64-bit UbuntuOne client gets stuck on "Starting File Sync..."
Its due to folder names are in Japanese. Also some file names are in Japanese.
If i stop syncing and restart it then it gets stuck on "Loading..."

i attached files that causing the problems
if you cant reproduce just download rar and unpack it to Documents folder try syncing afterwards
