Output proper ubuntuone-client version number in syncdaemon.log

Bug #978149 reported by Joshua Hoover

Ubuntu One Client

Bug Description

We should log the right version of ubuntuone-client in the syncdaemon.log. On Windows we log: "Starting Ubuntu One client version 0.1" no matter the version that is actually installed. Having the right version number logged there will help QA, support and developers troubleshoot issues.
