Ubuntu one sync folder BUT NOT their contents

Bug Description
When I left click on a folder to sync it, the folder is synced but not its content :
1. left click on a folder > Ubuntu One > sync this folder
2. the tick appears on the folder icon BUT not on the files inside
3. On other computers the folder is synced... and empty
4. Drag out the files from the folder then drag them into it again
5. the sync marks appears on the the files icon
6. the files are at least syncing correctly
