waiting list breaks on invalid UTF-8 file

I have created a file in Ubuntu One:
$ touch `echo привет|iconv -f utf-8 -t cp1251

The system was working fine until SD restart. Then notifications started to appear with [Invalid UTF-8] label, ubuntuone-indicator broke while trying to fetch waiting metadata and:

$ u1sdtool --waiting

Oops, an error ocurred:

Since then it is always one metadata queue item:
