Bug Description
The client should have a way that the user can manually check for an updated version of the software. If an update is available, take them through the upgrade process (do they want to upgrade, yes/no, etc.). If an update is not available, give them a message that they are running the latest version of the Ubuntu One software.

We have exactly the tool for it already in the latest beta, it just needs to be made available somewhere.
