Bug Description
I had previously set a folder containing lots of songs to sync and then turned my computer off. When I restarted my computer the U1 Unity Launcher icon showed that it was syncing (by displaying the progress indicator) but the service was not connected according to Roman's indicator. I'll attach a screenshot.
U1 did eventually connect and the bits started flowing. I would assume that if the progress indicator appears, it means that files are moving up or down which would require being connected to U1.

I agree hiding the progress bar when disconnected may be prettier, but we're not exactly lying to the user: progress is stopped and will continue when reconnected. I don't think it's worth fighting for a freeze exception to solve this in Natty.
