Opening a document residing inside a synced folder triggers an "uploading" notification

Bug Description

When opening any document that resides inside a synced folder, a notification appears (filename/path "is being uploaded to your personal cloud") and is immediately followed by another (filename/path "has been uploaded to your personal cloud"). This is at the time of opening the file - prior to any modifications.

Note: the notification is actually for the *lockfile*. We're syncing libreoffice lockfiles. Should we be?

Additional info - the filename in the notification appears as a "locked file"

Lucio, I can see arguments in favor and against syncing lockfiles. If it is what we wanted to do, please reassign this to thisfred so he can special-case lockfiles out of notifications.

We sync the files created by gedit too. I am not sure how we can avoid *everything*

We will add the lock files for libreoffice and gedit so we dont sync them. (unless of course they have a pattern that cant be easily discriminated)
