Bug Description
Currently when compositing the context menu, we're showing the Ubuntu One>[do something about the ribbon] option regardless of context. This is confusing when the ribbon would not be shown in a folder to begin with.
We should only add/enable this option in folders where the ribbon would normally appear.

Also, regardless of where the ribbon is disabled (including in the menu bar), the effect is not immediate. You have to leave the folder and come back to see it gone.
