Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client
On Ubuntu 9.10, Karmic Koala 64 bits build.
I'm not currently using Ubuntu One service, so I set preferences to
- Never display icon
- Never connect on startup
Ubuntu One does indeed not connect when I boot my machine, but displays its not so discrete (for my taste) icon. I can make it truly disappear when I right click the icon and visit preferences. Then it seems to get informed that it shouldn't be hanging around.
What is expected : When the above preferences are chosen, Ubuntu One should
a) Not connect (already OK)
b) Not display it's icon never (Shows up after boot)

Thank you for taking the time to file this bug report. I was able to reproduce this bug. We need to hide the Ubuntu One client icon when the user sets it to never show.
