Bug Description

my first folder (and files) i moved to

rsync -av ~/.griffith/ ~/Ubunut\ One/griffith

well the sync-daemon uploaded my database and config-file and renamed my posters folder(ca 3000 files sizes 1..50k) immediatliy (as i perceived it) to
poster.u1conflict

my 1st solution:
mkdir ~/Ubunut\ One/griffith

turned into a second conflict folder which i deleted.

mv ~/.griffith/ ~/Ubunut\ One/griffith/posters.u1conflict ~

was my next step
on my second computer i created a new folder
mkdir ~/Ubuntu\ One/griffith/posters

and one empty file:
touch ~/Ubuntu\ One/griffith/posters/test.txt

this did sync to my first computer. On that i moved with nautilus per drag and drop 10, 100, 1000, 1000, 500 and the remainder of the posters from ~/posters.u1conflict to ~/Ubunut\ One/griffith/posters

well the next test is now running, while uploading my files (awfully slow even with 16Mbit-DSL) my DSL-carrier crashed....
seems to me the sync-daemon hangs, (i can't disconnect and the message on my cloud-symbol stayes since more than 17 Minutes after DSL-reconnect on (updating 176 of 2964 files).

i will logoff to restart the sync-daemon(after running apport-collect...

greetings, bodo

Hello,

my 1st machine(ubuntu 9.04) with which i tried to upload the griffith-poster directory ist still trying to upload more files to the cloud.

In my Ubuntu One/griffith/posters folder 2983 files.
There are 478 files visible in the web-interface(awfully slow, several script-timeouts with the question wether i want to continue or abort) of the posters folder.
And on my 2nd machine(ubuntu 9.10beta) there are 80 files in the Ubuntu One/griffith/posters folder.

the Info on my 1st machine tells me "Updating 17 of 2348 files..." and does not go on(no change in the last 1/2 hour).
the info on my 2nd machine tells me the german version of "your files are up to date"; well i can not agree 8(
