windows instalation in different drive

Bug Description
O.S : windows 7 (64bit)
Problem: Can't install in drive location different than C: drive
Forgot the old days where all installation & data was made in C: drive
must be an option during installation to choose:
1. installation Drive - (My HDD have more than one partition - and C: drive is for Win7 operating system Only !! and no Personal Data at all !!)
2. folder to Sync - give an option to sync existing folder
(like in Dropbox service for example)
otherwise - service is not suitable for me !!
