Ubuntu One 3.0.2 don't work after upgrade to 4.0.0 (Windows)

Bug Description

Hi!

I use Ubuntu One on my Ubuntu and Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

Some days ago I upgraded my Ubuntu One 3.0.2 Windows to new version 4.0.0

After upgrade syncing don't work. I have error:

SyncDaemonClientConnectionError
'Could not connect to the syncdaemon ipc.'
ConnectionRefusedError('Nie mo\xbfna nawi\xb9za\xe6 po\xb3\xb9czenia, poniewa\xbf komputer docelowy aktywnie go odmawia.',)

P.s
Some months ago Ubuntu One didn't work correctly with polish letters (ł,ć,ą etc.) - maybe it is problem

Hello, and thanks for the bug report!

This error: [Error 5] Odmowa dost�pu: 'C:\\Users\\Micha\xc5\x82 P\xc5\x82awsiuk' seems to indicate there is a permission issue with that folder, which I assume is your profile folder?

Hi!

I think it is problem with polish language. My username (Michał Pławsiuk) is with special letters (ł).

In previous version UbuntuOne I have this same bug (Please look on my Launchapad Bugs reports)
