Bug Description

At the moment if ubuntuone-syncdaemon.exe process is terminated while ubuntuone-control-panel-qt.exe is running, any attempts to use the latter result in "DeadReferenceError: 'Calling Stale Broker'" errors.

The only workaround for this is to terminate the control panel process and start it again, control panel is unable to start syncdaemon for some reason through IPC as it is doing through DBus on Ubuntu.

I can get this error repeatedly by going into one of the file folders and deleting its contents.

I'm not sure what the workaround means:

Once I experience this error if I close the Ubuntu One app and reopen it's in a complete state of failure. The only way to get the Ubuntu One console back is by rebooting the m/c.

I've noticed also that when I get this error that the top right button [connect/disconnect] has no text and a completely blank button. This is poor and if an indication of an error then maybe replace the text. Also, the button is still enabled as it can be clicked but has no text. Thus, the button should also be disabled.
