Bug Description

Even quiting the application doesn't work. (it will only stop sync)
Only killing the process will allow me to shutdown my MacBook Pro.

There is no log as there is no directory ~/.cache/ubuntuone
Also the apport-collect-p etc is not available.

Also happens to me on my 2012 Macbook Air. I have to force quit the U1 app from Activity Monitor before it'll allow me to shutdown or restart OS X.
