Bug Description
If you publish a file from nautilus and then edit it, you still can copy its web link.
I heard that it was a design decision that edited published files should no longer be published, so nautilus should take this into account and treat the modified file as unpublished. And allow to republish them again.
I can't find the discussion about the edited published files, so this should be confirmed. Anyway, there's a problem because nautilus will give the link that will just show Could not locate object.
Steps to reproduce:
Copy a file to the Ubuntu One folder.
Publish the file from nautilus.
Edit the file.
-> The web link is still available from nautilus. Open it on a web browser and you'll get Could not locate object.

Nautilus keeps only the filename -> public file url mapping. It should listen to the object changes too based on the volume_id and node_id. At the moment nautilus only listens to file publishing and unpublishing event. In case file is deleted, sd does not send the notification that file is published, it is implied that the removal of the file deletes the publishing status.
