Bug Description

Reported by Aaron B.:

It still can't stream oggs. When streaming Hey Mary, it aborts about
a minute into the song with the error:
Error playing "Hey Mary".

File is corrupt. (Decoder said '-1004')
(Exception).

However, if I download this song (My Storage / Music / lossy-copies /
Core / Kevin Quain / Winter in Babylon / 05 - Hey Mary.ogg) it plays
just fine in the standard Android music player.

I believe the issue here is that ogg files aren't buffered properly. I get a similar error when trying to play an album of ogg files. The first song will play for about 30 seconds to a minute, then cut short with an error message. The second song and any thereafter then play seamlessly. I have never actually observed an instance where an ogg file would pause to buffer, other than before it starts playing.
