Live Session - The link of Release Note have been blocked.

【系统安装】试用模式下，安装程序中的“发行注记”点击后无打开链接页，提示：请以普通用户身份启动“Chromium”。要以根用户身份运行，您必须为个人资料信息的存储指定其他的“--user-data-dir”。
