Bug Description
The top bar icons changes randomly their position after a restart
Budgie version: 19.04

This occurs if you uninstall an applet if it still is left on the panel.
It also occurs if you have uninstalled the budgie-
If you have confirmed those packages are installed then reset your panel
budgie-panel --reset --replace &
