Hi,
there is a reload problem with unbound "1.5.8-1ubuntu1.1" on "Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS", same as already fixed in debian: https:/
any suggestions?

Confirmed, reload is triggering a restart in xenial, bionic and cosmic. It's fixed in disco.
But some care must be taken here, apparently a follow-up fix was necessary. Upstream bugs:
