ubuntu-ui-toolkit-examples has a broken icon and wrong title in Software Updater

Note, that this bug will not be fixed for 14.04 as the UITK is not backported to the LTS since 14.05.

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-ui-toolkit - 1.1.1338+15.04.20141121-0ubuntu1
