UI Toolkit Component Gallery needs an icon

Bug Description
The Ubuntu UI Toolkit Component Gallery can be currently invoked from the Dash.
However, its desktop file lacks an icon, and instead a generic "document" icon is shown there. On the Launcher, an icon with a question mark it shown. Both of these give the impression of a very much unfinished product.
Adding even just an Ubuntu icon would take a trivial effort and would be better than no icon.
