quotactl07 from ubuntu_ltp_syscalls failed on Trusty (TFAIL: do_quotactl(Q_XQUOTARM, invalid_type) succeeded)

Issue found on Trusty 3.13.0-177-generic, this issue has been fixed in bug 1864092 for other kernels.
