Merged and uploaded distro-info-data 0.55 to Debian unstable.

Uploaded SRUs for kinetic, jammy, focal, and bionic. Pushed the ubuntu/* branches to https://salsa.debian.org/debian/distro-info-data/-/branches

An upload of distro-info-data to kinetic-proposed has been rejected from the upload queue for the following reason: "Incorrect release date".

Uploaded distro-info-data 0.56 to Debian unstable and SRUs for kinetic, jammy, focal, and bionic with the corrected release date.
