Candidate revision checkbox_0.13.8

Please update the main bug status for all of the main Ubuntu tasks, as the bug cannot progress to precise-updates if the bugs aren't fixed in quantal/raring (though I believe they are, we need the status set to Fix Released or Invalid so we can know for sure, thanks!)

Checkbox 0.13.8 was superseded by 0.13.9, however for consistency I'll mark this Fix Released.
