Bug Description

[Impact]

DRM modules and their firmwares end up in the initrd and blow up its size. Most of them, especially nouveau and radeon, are unlikely to be used on a Pi, so move the modules to linux-modules-extra.

[Fix]

Moeve DRM modules to linux-modules-extra.

[Test Case]

Install new kernel and inspect initrd. Verify display still comes up.

[Regression Potential]

Blank display if a module is moved that is used for the primary display.
