Bug Description
Binary package hint: tzdata
We currently have 2009u in stable releases. There were a couple of new upstream releases which we skipped in stables because the changes in them were not urgent. But with 2010c we get some which get effective soon:
* Dhaka: Fix historic DST change for 2009.
* Mexico: Northern cities now follow U.S. DST rules (timezone split)
* Paraguay: Update DST rules (effective from March 2010)
