Bug Description
steps to reproduce:
1) create a new starter by alt+rightclick on gnome panel and selecting "add to panel" from menu and "custom app starter"
2) fill out form (name, command, ...), all is saved after clicking "ready" button up right
3) now do rightclick on the new starter-button in panel and choose "properties" => you'll see same dialog like before, but instead of the "ready" button up right now 2 buttons below the form "reset" and "close". You can change anything (name, icon, command,..) and use close-button (we do not want to reset). But your settings are not stored (no changed behaviour/icon and if entering properties again still setting from the first creation are shown)
