Looks like the problem was https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/17025 for which the fix is in systemd version 247 and later(?)

That also explains why we don't see it in newer Ubuntu releases.

Okay, so what i will do now is there any cmd so i can upgrade that or i have to install new Ubuntu version please suggest?

Usually just wait until the upgrade is offered to you automatically, which I think will be around August.

You can upgrade earlier by:

1. Update your existing 20.04 packages:

   sudo apt update
   sudo apt full-upgrade

2. Reboot.

3. Start a system upgrade to 22.04:

   sudo do-release-upgrade -d -f DistUpgradeViewGtk3

Alternatively you can install 22.04 from scratch:
https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop
