Bug Description
When booting in secure boot mode, the Bionic kernel emits the following message:
[ 52.035055] Lockdown: Loading of unsigned modules is restricted; see man kernel_lockdown.7
But there is no such man page.

This bug has been fixed with the upstream release (some days ago) of man-pages-5.09, which now provides a kernel_lockdown.7 page.
