This is ubuntu bug.
If ubuntu returned from screen offed to on, ubuntu cannot show desktop screen.
OS : Ubuntu 20.04.3
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics
VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Renoir (rev c6)
