... looking in that directory, there was a link from opera to ../../bin/opera
I couldn't find either an x11-common or opera package in launchpad to log this against.
Oooo. Much, much badness. After apt-get stopped on this symlink, I now have a completely hosed system. It's telling me to run apt-get -f install. This bitches that /usr/X11R6/bin is also owned by package "opera". But I can't remove "opera", because it's telling me to run apt-get -f install when I do that.
