Translatable titles for applications menu

Cant seem to report bug in https://launchpad.net/xfpanel-switch so i try here instead.

I see "Applications Menu" if in Xfce Panel Switch i apply "Xfce 4.12".

So its not translated into the language i use for Xfce.

The title of Applications menu plugin and whisker menu plugin are inconsistent. Sometimes translated and somethings not.

I see the following depending on what profile i select:
"Applications Menu"/"Applications"/"Start"/"Programmer"

I have to enable the title for whisker menu plugin to see it.

I suggest taking the "Applications Menu"/"Applications"/"Start" from Xfce if they are already translated or somehow make the strings translated.
