Bug Description

first thing i always did in gnome2 was disable caps lock in order to reduce typing mistakes (for frequent command-line usage the caps lock is just too close to the tab key). since i switched to xfce after gnome3, this is one of the main things i miss. i run gnome services in xfce but starting gnome-system-settings gives almost empty panel with most of the settings removed (probably this is mostly taken over by xfce)... is it possible to add it to the xfce keyboard setup?

I just installed Fedora 19 with XFCE and also would like to see this. Until then, back to Xmodmap!
