Bug Description
This is a new problem in Ubuntu 22.10 with xfce4-panel 4.17.3. When "show windows from all monitors" is checked in the Windows Buttons preferences, the window icons in the panel no longer behave like they used to in years past. If you right click a window icon in the panel and switch it to a different workspace, the icon remains in the panel and it only goes away if you move over to the other workspace. Another problem occurs if you have something like Firefox on one workspace and try to open a URL from a different program on another workspace, the Firefox window will not appear on your current workspace. Xfce never worked like this in years past. I think there was some bug that got included in Ubuntu 22.10... I can work around this by unchecking "show windows from all monitors", but when I'm using multi-monitors I don't see the icons of all my windows obviously..
