Cintiq 13HD Touch support requires input-wacom >=0.28

The Wacom Cintiq 13HD Touch support requires input-wacom >=0.28.

I was wondering if a more recent version of xf86-input-wacom and libwacom could be introduced to take advantage of more device support and various bugfixes.
