Bug Description
To reproduce:
* open a non-maximized terminal
$ xdotool getactivewindow movewindow --relative 0 0
Expected:
* the terminal window stays in place
Observed:
* the terminal window moves down by the height of the window title bar and to the right by the width of the window border
