Bug Description
After Migrating a home dir from 10.04 to 12.04, an xdg-user-dirs dialog, which usually should show up only when someone changes the user interface language, showed up and did not make much sense.
I'm not sure why this dialog is comming up since I did not change Language.
The dialog does not show a current name besides /home/username (see attached screenshot).
