Bug Description

Upgraded to Raring last night and since doing so, the tray indicator for XChat is no longer present. There's an entry for XChat under the messaging center icon, but it does not react when alert events (highlight, channel message, etc.) trigger.

Previously, I was using the whitelist: all workaround to get XChat to appear in the tray, but this appears to no longer work in Raring.

Expected:
XChat icon should appear in the system tray and blink/react when alert events occur.

Actual:
XChat icon does not appear in the system tray at all.
