Bug Description
The xcb/xcb_bitops.h used to be part of xcb-util, but was dropped in version 0.4.0 from that package and moved to xcb-util-image. Unfortunately the package fails to include the header, which can result in e.g. compilation failures.
It appears that both xenial and wily are affected, previous releases had older versions of these two packages:

It is also affected by Ubuntu 19.04 disco. Compilation for xcb failed. installing xcb_util_image package there were no xcb_bitop.h header file missing.
