Bug Description
Binary package hint: wvdial
Hi
Using the same computer and a D-Link external modem.
I have used Ubuntu versions 5.04/6.06 and 6.06 alternative without problem
I have now installed 6.10. The only way I can connect to the internet is via The command line
I sent an email to wvdial, they have referred me to you
Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
