Not able to connect to hotspot because of WPA2 WPA3 security

Bug Description
Both security WPA2 and WPA3 displaying on the security section due to this not able to connect the hotspot.
Same device and firmware working properly in ubuntu 20.04 OS, But in ubuntu 22.04 we are facing this issue.
"nmcli dev wifi" on client side:
On Ubuntu 20.04:
IN-USE

On Ubuntu 22.04:

Only difference we can see is SECURITY

I have been facing same problem by hotspot on netplan.
And WPA is also not working.
Please see attached image.
but downgrade( wpasupplicant= 2:2.9.0- 21build1) is working.
This problem is just Ubuntu 22.
Please kindly fix this problem.
